Do you know how to recognize fresh juice?
Because our juice is all-natural and unprocessed, the fibers may sometimes settle unevenly in the bottle. This can look a bit unusual on the shelf, but it’s actually a good sign: it means the juice is fresh, pure, and of high quality.

A natural phenomenon
Why does this happen? Fibers vary in size and weight. Heavier fibers often sink, while lighter ones float to the top. Sometimes tiny air bubbles attach to the fibers, making them float even more. Natural enzymes, substances that naturally occur in orange juice, also play a role. Because our juice is not pasteurized and remains fresh, these enzymes stay active. This can cause fibers to loosen and move either to the top or bottom of the bottle.

In short: it’s a natural occurrence that doesn’t affect the taste or quality of our juice. Simply tilt the bottle before use to evenly distribute the fibers – no vigorous intensive needed.
